Very nice shop great team all very friendly

Last week we had breakfast in the bakery. A sports program for the only waiter, up and down stairs. Although it wasn't full, everything went very long. The coffee and the wrongly brought rolls took half an hour. The topping came when the coffee was almost cold. Half an hour later came the fruit salad that went with it, which unfortunately only consisted of apples swimming in yogurt. It tasted good and now I understand why she advised the lady on the phone to come earlier ... when you consider the waiting time. Ambience is very nice. Unfortunately, there was no disinfection or cleaning of the crumbs after the previous customers. The menu cards were also passed on immediately without cleaning them. Too bad. I'm not coming any more, because I can do better.

Very confusing system between condition and self-condition. Didn't get breakfast. Staff very stressed and talking to friends while customers had to wait. The food was delicious and the interior was very nice and bright.

I waited a long time before I could order, after 50 minutes my breakfast came, incomplete. The scrambled eggs brought in late were too greasy, with too much eggshell in it, without salt. Staff very stressed, although not much was going on. I've seen it a little better there. The decor is nice, you sit well. Maybe it will work better next time, I'll give you another chance.

Great breakfast and nice service. You can sit comfortably upstairs and eat in peace.

According to the inscription on the entrance door, it is open from 9:00 a.m. I was there at 9:30 am and it was closed without any notice. Annoying when you as a tourist stand there with a set breakfast table without rolls.

Bakery with a nice café in Freiburg. I took the opportunity to have breakfast.

The bakery is open, modern and bright on the ground floor. The counter appears well-stocked and tidy. The staff is very friendly and you are served quickly. The café on the upper floor is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. The extreme warmth in the café was negative (despite fewer guests and no warm weather outside). The drinks were okay and the baked goods tasted good. Unfortunately, the poppy seed snail was a bit very dry in my opinion.

The baked goods are all very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff is very slow and inattentive. I anger me every time, too bad!

In itself a great baker with a large selection of rolls. However, the reason for this poor rating is the rude staff. I don't want to name individual people, but at least not everyone is absolutely rude there. Today, however, the cream of cheek was delivered to me; Goods that fell on the floor were put back in the selection counter. That’s it with me there, it’s absolutely not possible.

Speed in for a coffee and a pastry. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The person behind the counter spoke English and that was great. I had a berliner which was tasty and fresh. I also had a black coffee which wad taffy adds well. Overall positive experience.

Here it is cozy and the staff is very friendly. You can eat and drink well.

We were served by a Male staff with glasses. We were very impolitely and violently treated. He first shouted at us and then dumped the torte harshly on the counter. We were terrified and surprised but carried on to order the breads we wanted, then he again threw harshly all 3 breads on the counter and all our orders were damaged. This is the first time we were treated unfairly and rudely in Germany. At the cashier, i told him that he is very impolite, he answered that "oh I am so polite", then he gave us an arrogant look and laughed sarcastically" I will never go back to this bakery. I saw some similar reviews from google about this bakery. So I am not the only victim! I am personally against discrimination and violent. This is a shame to this beautiful town!

Great breakfast with a great atmosphere 👍🏻 is always very crowded, which also speaks for the store. Baked goods and coffee are very good. A star deduction, because the service was not very attentive and it took longer, until we could order (it was very busy that day)

Breakfast sandwiches are really delicious !! Recommended Just a good home to find with brunch. It comes out as a bakery, but there is also a cafe.
